Birdball is a private site for one fantasy league, with football and baseball seasons, run by the league's admin. Only the league's managers can sign in and see it. This page covers what the site keeps and why.
League data from ESPN Fantasy
Standings, scores, rosters, transactions and draft results come from the league's ESPN Fantasy leagues, read only. The site never changes anything on ESPN. This data is used only to show the league its own history, records and analysis. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI.
Your account
You sign in with Google, so the site never sees your Google password. When you sign in, Google shares your account ID, email address and name. The site keeps those, your team and when you last signed in. Your email is how the site knows which team is yours: the admin adds it to the league's list.
The site uses one cookie to keep you signed in. There are no ads, analytics or tracking cookies.
What you add
- Feed: your posts, photos, comments and likes.
- Team branding: the names, colors and images you upload for your team.
- Hall of Fame: your nominations and votes.
- Alerts: if you turn on notifications, your device's push address and the alerts you chose.
Who sees it, and deleting it
Everything on the site is visible only to the league's managers. Nothing here is sold or shared beyond what's described above. The admin can see members' accounts to run the site. To have your account or posts deleted, ask the admin.
